FPGA Team Leader

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FPGA developers and hardware integrators.
• Participate in the neutron scattering systems control system and data path development.
• Interact with stakeholders to drive the development of controls, monitoring, and data pipelines.
• Plan and execute testing and verification in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead international development projects
• To fit into this role, you need to be an experienced project leader capable of driving and leading projects autonomously.
• You must be able to take initiative and adapt in a sometimes unstructured and evolving environment. Strong communication skills will be key in this highly multidisciplinary and multicultural project
• Periodic status reporting to work package manager, and active participation in the agile development team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in technology or science
• Experience in project management/leading
• Experience in FPGA and/or embedded systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent oral and written English skills
