Control System Integrator

Primary Responsibilities

• Participation in the neutron scattering systems control system and accelerator integration subprojects.
• Interaction with stakeholder’s respective division, development of EPICS based control system integrations, test and verification in collaboration with stakeholder.
• Periodic status reporting to work package manager.
• Active participation in the agile development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology or science.
• Minimum 3 years of software development background in C or C++.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with development for Linux based system.
• Experience with hardware-software integration.
• Experience with git based software version control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent oral and written English skills are mandatory; knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.

Adventages

• Experience in developing EPICS based control system integrations, or comparable SCADA/DCS systems.
